Fossil Friday #225: Annularia inflata

Today, we have a very colorful Annularia inflata from the Mazon River.  Annularia is some of the foliage from Calamites.   It was described by Leo Lesquereux in 1870.  For more information,  see Mazon Monday #60.

This beautiful specimen was collected from the Mazon River by Jeremy Zimmerman.  Thanks for sharing, Jeremy!
